On your first visit, Dr. Litt will examine your teeth, jaws and joints to determine if an orthodontic problem exists and the extent of the problem. Treatment approaches will be discussed at that time. There is no charge for this first visit, examination and discussion. Dr. Litt is happy to answer any questions regarding your treatment.

If treatment is recommended you will need orthodontic diagnostic records including:

  • X-ray of the head and jaw relationship (cephalometric x-ray)
  • X-ray of the teeth and surrounding bone (panorex)
  • Models of the upper and lower teeth
  • Face photos and intra-oral photos
  • Possible hand-wrist x-ray for maturation evaluation
